Support Amjad
As we all know that sudden demise of our dearest friend Amjad on 14th-June, 2021. He was such a nice person to be around and always enjoyed the classmates meet and actively participated in most meetups.
As discussed in recent virtual meet on 19th-June, 2021, we all should come together to extend financial support for his family members in coming months in every possible way to address immediate and long term needs.
To move forward, we have few options to support:
Option1: To support financial needs of Amjad’s family we can contribute ₹2500 per month for next 3 months starting from July, 2021 till September, 2021 extended till October, 2021 if someone needs more time frame to contribute.
How to contribute:
All the group members can contribute through UPI payment via PhonePe / GPay @ 9030309333 belongs to Vijay Bhasker alias Wonderful Guru.
Based on responses till September, 2021 we will discuss again to find alternative method of payments [Trust/Society Account] to support future mutual requirements on need basis.
Our initial target is to give small financial freedom to sustain Amjad’s family on or before 1st October, 2021, by then we will have three months pool of fund by our group members. We will clear the gold loan interest directly to Bank starting from July, 2021.
Option2: Every individual in our group will contribute ₹300 starting from October, 2021 to till we decide to extend our support further based on need and requirements or for 1 year.
Option3: Exploring Crowd Funding to pool maximum possible fund to extend our support to their family. More details will be shared soon.
Beyond supporting Amjad, in long-term we would like to pool the emergency fund to contribute our group members in need of emergency and to address social causes of mutual interest of the group.
Interested members can contribute their time on ground activities to expand our reach and support for betterment of society.
For taking it forward the name of the project is decided as [CSR for Change] Citizens Social Responsibility for Change.
